This disclaimer is for general interest of public and related Government quarters. It is to be notified that the service of Mr. Munir Ahmad, who was employed with NEECA as Director General (Policy, Innovation Program, & Research) on 28th December 2021, was terminated w.e.f 20th January 2023 owing to his unsatisfactory performance during the probation period. It has come to the notice of the Authority that the said individual is visiting different public offices while representing himself as DG NEECA, which is not the case after his service termination. Therefore, any correspondence or damages that result out of any such correspondence are disclaimed and NEECA owns no responsibility for any action of the said individual. Besides, NEECA reserves the right to take legal action against Mr. Munir Ahmad for misrepresentation and fraud being committed in this regard.
