Dr. Sardar Mohazzam

Managing Director NEECA

Dr. Sardar Mohazzam is the Managing Director of NEECA. He holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and specializes in Energy and Environmental Policy. He has served as Advisor to the public sector, academia, and different international development partners in Energy Sector Reform Program, CPEC, and Strategy development and formulated policy and regulatory frameworks. He has led the MIT Climate CoLab on the Energy-Water nexus. He has worked on energy finance, renewable energy, energy access, energy efficiency, and conservation. Dr. Mohazzam is an awardee of the Carnegie Mellon-AUSAID scholarship, and Fulbright scholarship, and also the winner of the MIT Climate CoLab contest for 2016  (Message by Managing Director).
